4.7   How can I browse Web pages off-line?

Most Web browsers keep copies of pages they have downloaded in a cache on your hard disk, from where they can be read back while off-line providing the browser is set not to verify pages every time they are loaded. There are utilities that give enhanced facilities for off-line reading and for quickly grabbing a complete hierarchy of Web-pages for browsing later when not connected.
