If the problem is with your connection to Demon, contact the Helpdesk
on one of the following numbers (lines are open 24 hours a day, 365
days a year): For less urgent matters, the support team can be emailed at helpdesk@demon.net (NB not support@demon.net). Or you can ask in an appropriate newsgroup: see the section on newsgroups in this FAQ. If you have (or had) problems with connecting to Demon and you feel you ought to complain publicly about the service you received, please post to demon.service, not to other newsgroups.
