Occasionally people find that they have been sent a long mail (several megabytes) and do not wish to spend the time and money to download it. You can delete it yourself using Demon's WebMail service (see Section 5.9). Otherwise, ring the Helpdesk and ask for the mail item to be deleted. You will need to be able to identify yourself and the e-mail message concerned.
