It is usually quickest to telephone them and ask for it!
There is no comprehensive directory. There are Web search engines that may help - these
log addresses of people who have some sort of public presence on the Net (by, for example,
posting messages to newsgroups). You can also enter your own details into these data
banks, but few people bother. So the chances of finding the address you want are not high,
but here are some sites with suitable search engines if you want to try:
